Purpose: After the installation of the PRO5 system machine tool, due to the touch screen nature of the PRO5 system, customers sometimes drag and drop files back and forth, delete them, or power off abnormally when operating the machine tool. This can cause some files to be lost or dragged to different places. When the machine tool is restarted, there will be alarms such as missing files, and the PRO5 system software needs to be updated again. At this point, if we initially back up the data on the internal CF card, we only need to remove the internal CF card or prepare a new CF card, backup and format it, and incorporate the original backup content. Many times, this can solve the problem. Steps and methods:
1, Take a clean CF card (at least 512M) and insert it into the CF card slot of the machine tool. Format it in FAT format on the computer to ensure that the computer is free of viruses;
